What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Management & Oversight: Take full ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Strategy & Concept Development: Create marketing strategies and creative concepts that stand out and drive results.
  • Planning & Organization: Build clear project plans, manage resources and set realistic timelines.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams, acting as the central point of alignment for smooth execution.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage tools (Slack, project management platforms, etc.) for efficient organization and tracking.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high standards across all deliverables with strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Problem Solving: Identify risks early and resolve challenges with practical and creative solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs and data to continuously optimize campaigns and initiatives.
  • Client Communication: Present strategies and maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, building trust-based relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Creative Markeing Strategist or in a similar role within digital marketing/advertising
  • Ability to combine creative and strategic thinking ideas that are not only original but also actionable
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and what drives engagement and conversion
  • Experience in designing and executing campaigns (social media, paid ads, content funnels)
  • Data driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights into strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication skill, with confidence in presentations and collaboration with clients and teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana, or similar)
  • Fluency in English (required),  knowledge of Greek is a plus 🇬🇷

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the beauty or e-commerce industry
  • Background in content creation and storytelling

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute design concepts for branding, packaging, advertising materials, and exhibition/retail presence
  • Design assets for digital campaigns (social media, ads, e-commerce) with a focus on engagement and conversion
  • Ensure consistency with brand identity across all visual elements, while introducing fresh creative approaches
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to develop cohesive and visually impactful campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and packaging
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Mac environment)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, packaging and advertising campaigns
  • Creative thinking with the ability to turn ideas into modern, well executed design concepts
  • Good understanding of design trends and digital marketing aesthetics
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Advanced Excel skills, excellent knowledge of Word, and very good PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with project and task management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Odoo)
  • Certified English proficiency (C2 level)
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility, dynamism and a drive for growth and recognition

Nice to have:

  • Experience in an accounting firm or studies in accounting
  • Knowledge of commercial ERP systems will be highly appreciated

  • Incorporate creative graphics, transitions and visual effects to enhance the final output
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign strategies, goals and brand identity
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, maintaining consistently high levels of quality and creativity

Requirements

  • Proven experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, Caption and Photoshop
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, with a focus on social media content
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies
