The role:

The Sales Account Specialist has an important role in this direction. They connect the needs of wholesale clients with the group's commercial offers, monitor the course of sales, manage orders and requests and help ensure that every cooperation with BVELO reflects professionalism, consistency and commercial value.
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with wholesale clients throughout Greece and abroad and management and execution of orders
- Development and maintenance of strong commercial relationships with pharmacies, chains and cosmetics stores
- Presentation of new products, commercial offers and promotional actions that will contribute to the strategic growth of sales
- Achievement and exceeding of commercial targets and KPIs
- Management of client requests and provision of a high level of service
- Monitoring of sales, creation of dashboards and commercial analyses
- Development of sales forecasts and business development proposals
- Monitoring of market trends and competition
- Close cooperation with the Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance teams
- Works consistently to achieve demanding commercial and operational targets
- Communicates effectively with clients, partners and internal teams, maintaining a professional image in every contact
- Negotiates terms of cooperation, proposals and solutions aiming at mutual benefit and long-term cooperation
- Builds relationships of trust with clients and partners, strengthening the stability and growth of the client base
- Presents proposals and arguments with persuasion, professionalism and understanding of the client's needs
- Manages demanding situations, objections or challenges with composure, flexibility and effectiveness
- Takes initiative and organizes their work with autonomy and responsibility
- Analyzes data, client needs and commercial information, in order to support well-documented business decisions
- Actively cooperates with the team and contributes to an environment of high performance, consistency and professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree from IEK, TEI or AEI in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Previous experience in the Beauty or FMCG sector will be considered a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of the pharmacy channel and/or organized retail.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/ERP systems.
- Experience in creating dashboards, reporting and commercial analyses.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Very good knowledge of Social Media and modern digital tools.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.

The role:

The Senior Recruiter has an important role in this direction. They connect the group's staffing needs with the labor market, evaluate candidate profiles based on the requirements of each position and help ensure that contact with BVELO reflects the way we approach people.
Responsibilities:
- Full management of the staffing process, from capturing the need to evaluating candidates, creating the final list and supporting the final offer of cooperation
- Cooperation with People Operations, managers and management to define the profile of each position and the key evaluation criteria
- Writing and posting of job ads on job boards, LinkedIn and other available channels
- Searching for and approaching candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals, professional networks, sourcing and headhunting where required
- Approaching passive candidates and creating a candidate pipeline for critical or recurring staffing needs
- Conducting initial communications, interviews and evaluations with common criteria per role
- Coordinating interviews with the executives involved and monitoring the next steps
- Organized communication with candidates at every stage of the process
- Maintaining a candidate file for current or future staffing needs
- Contribution to BVELO's employer branding, through proper job ads, careful communication with candidates, LinkedIn recruitment posts and texts that support candidate attraction.
- Monitoring the progress of each open position and maintaining a clear picture of the stage at which each process is Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 4-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with proven autonomous management of positions from start to finish
- Experience in sourcing, headhunting, LinkedIn search and direct approach
- Experience in managing demanding or critical staffing positions
- Very good written and oral communication in Greek
- Very good knowledge of English
- Experience in structured candidate evaluation with common criteria, such as scorecards or equivalent tools
- Very good use of Google Workspace, Excel / Sheets and comfort with digital tools for organization and collaboration.
- Familiarity with AI tools to support candidate search, ad writing and information organization,always with human oversight and adaptation to the company's needs
- Availability for travel or trips, where required, for in-person interviews and meetings with candidates in the context of the group's staffing needs.
- Comfort in an environment with fast pace, many parallel needs and frequent changes in priorities
- Organizational skills, discretion and professionalism in managing candidates and information.
- Perception of recruitment as a process of substantive evaluation and selection, aiming at the correct matching of candidate, role and team
